The dollar: the end of a golden age
The dollar has started to lose its privileged status as an international reserve currency. Some may be asking what currency will be next, but I believe that is a loaded, and therefore misguided, question.
The age of Authority is over. The dollar will not be replaced by any currency. The world will still be a lake with bigger fish and smaller fish, and the bigger fish will still eat the smaller fish, but there will no longer be a biggest fish.
